About Ishita
Hola! I'm Ishita, a bachelor's student pursuing Economics at Hansraj College, University of Delhi. I passed out of school with 96.6% aggregate in AISSSE, and 98% in Economics. I'm curious and you'll find me digging astrophysics one time and finance the other. Besides academia, I've keen interest in all forms of Visual and Performing arts, Design, Literature, Debating, and an insatiable desire to create. I believe that the commonplace teaching styles (as from what I've observed) and approach towards learning is broken and is driven by motives to get good marks, which is a rational thing to pursue considering that this is what the ed system today propagates. The goal however should be to acquire greater knowledge and understanding of the world and contribute in solving today's world challenges, rather than stopping at fetching a job, which one definitely lands, if they've acquired credibility and experience that pursuing knowledge provides for, in the alternative. MY TEACHING STYLE IS FLEXIBLE TO STUDENT NEEDS AND I FOCUS ON DELIBERATION AND DISCUSSIONS TO ARRIVE AT TRUTHS MORE THAN READING THE BOOK. UNDERSTANDING FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES >>>>
