About Gareth
I have been a teacher for 13 years, including over 3 years as a current SEN teacher, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
I find the hardest part of a learner with needs is overcoming the anxiety of exams and having topics broken down into clear simple vocabulary of the subject.

My focus is on helping learners who have struggled with Maths to:
Identify the specific gaps holding them back
Build confidence and reduce Maths anxiety.
Develop strategies that work for how they learn.
Focus on the topics and skills needed to work towards a Grade 4.
Improve exam technique and problem-solving.
Practise with targeted GCSE questions and past papers.
