About Jivesh
I support GCSE English students in building confidence and developing the skills needed for top grades through a personalised, non-traditional approach.
How am I different? I focus on identifying each student’s strengths and weaknesses and tailoring lessons to them as not everyone learns in the same way.
English is a subject everyone has an untapped interest in, and with a helping hand, students are able to develop their creative thinking leading to better exam results.
Me for example, English hasn’t always been my strongest suit. Going from 4/5s in my mocks to getting 9s in the real thing was a big step up. This made me realise that English is more about your exploratory mindset rather than relying on set frameworks to secure average marks.

1-hour lessons: 30 mins teaching, 30 mins exam technique.
I achieved 9s in English GCSEs, am a first-year Imperial medical student, with essay competition and tutoring experience.
