About Serena
I’m a Year 12 student and I take A Level Maths. I want to teach because I find Maths exciting and I want to share that enjoyment with others, and show them that Maths, and even Further Maths, can actually be fun. I do currently tutor 2 Year 11 girls at my school and they seem to really benefit from my teaching, and hopefully you could too!

As a Year 12 student with an 8 in GCSE Maths, 8 in Further Maths, and 9s in many mocks, I offer personalised tutoring for GCSE and SATs students. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs, focusing on simplifying difficult topics and building confidence. I break down complex problems into manageable steps and I often like to make lessons engaging by using real-world examples. My goal is to help students improve their understanding and exam techniques. Lessons are typically 1 hour and can be held at the student’s home, online or a preferred location.
