About Michel
I am a student of Gastronomy, I spent 6 months working in the Hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun; I was the chef in charge of an Italian restaurant; I had a micro breakfasts business; I spent 6 months working in a coffee shop in London. As for classes, I have given advice during this semester of 2018 for students with difficulties in Mexican and Latin American cooking.
