About Alessandra
I actively participate in gastronomic events of all kinds such as Rio2016 Olympics, Rock in Rio, Sirha, Gourmet Route, Mondial de la Biere, buffets for birthdays, weddings and small dinners like HomeChef, so I ended up perfecting myself as to the culinary techniques and their Different modalities. During my undergraduate training, I was an academic lecturer in various subjects throughout the course, assisting the students and the chefs in their classes.
