About Saima
I am a gap year student, who wants to study Dentistry in the future. I have been providing private tutoring lessons at home for 4 years, as well as this I have worked at a tuition centre tutoring Year4-6 KS2 English and Maths as well as KS3 Science.

I base my lessons around content based learning first, explaining in detail the content, I often do this using visual forms, using PowerPoints. After covering the content, I make sure the student has fully understood what has been explained before moving on. I then provide the student with questions to work through and exam style questions also. I am a friendly and open-minded tutor who will tailor my teaching style to match a student's needs. I also make sure a student is always comfortable to ask questions if they need help, as this allows for academic progression. I also provide assessments to track a student's progression with their learning and to highlight any weak points that need improving.
