About Jois
Jois B is a undergraduate student in the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program who is a motivated honor student and has taken several Advanced Placement courses. Jois is very adventurous and loves to take many risks, such as indoor skydiving, parasailing, and snorkeling in the Bahamas with her father. She also enjoys debating, which is why she was an active member of her high school's National Ethics Bowl team. She was also part of her High school's Varsity badminton team. Volunteering at her local Medical Center is one of her many ways of servicing her community. Jois has done many research opportunities, like presenting her photo voice research to the faculty of the CUNY School of Medicine.
