About Cameron

I’ve spent nearly a decade working with young people, and I love helping people grow, build confidence, and discover all the crazy things they didn't know they were awesome at.

For me, making music has been a great example of that, as I have written many silly nonsensical songs that can be really meaningful for people. It doesn't make much sense, but that's another cool thing I bring to the table. And I’m really excited to explore what's possible for others.

I bring patience, commitment, and a good sense of humor to my teaching. I aim to create a space where we respect each other, feel comfortable being ourselves, laugh at ourselves (in a nice way), and focus on making real progress.

My goal is simple: help you get better at guitar, express yourself, and have a good time.

My lessons are relaxed, grounded and fun. We’ll build strong guitar habits, learn practical techniques, and find ways to improve quickly without making it a chore.

Whether you want to play songs, write your own, or just jam out, we’ll find ways to focus on what excites you and help you cultivate your own style.

Expect a mix of structure, experimentation, and lots of epic mistakes and sounding pretty bad at first. The sooner we can make fun of each other, the better. Once we get that out of the way, it allows us to advance more rapidly.

These lessons are for people in the earlier stages of the guitar/self-expression journey. If you want to learn how to express yourself in a new way, while having a laugh, then you're in the right place.

No perfectionism allowed — just curiosity and commitment. You can be a little cheeky too.
