• When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  Since my childhood, I have always been captivated by science. Whether it was biology, physics, or mathematics, I have always had a strong desire to understand the phenomena around us. This curiosity naturally led me to marine biology, a field where I could explore life in all its forms and gain a deep understanding of marine ecosystems. Over time, I honed my knowledge and earned my degree in marine biology at university, fulfilling my passion for discovery and understanding the natural world.

• What makes you passionate about your subject?

  Throughout my years of study, my passion for reading and for the French language has never waned. On the contrary, it has deepened as I discovered its subtleties, its musicality, and the richness of its history. I have always sought to nurture this love, to understand its nuances and evolution, and to share this fascination with others. The French language is far more than a mere tool for communication: it is a living epic, shaped by centuries of culture, literature, and thought. It deserves to be explored, celebrated, and shared, so that anyone who wishes to know it can appreciate its richness, immerse themselves in it with wonder, and experience it as a true intellectual and emotional adventure.

• What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

  I have always had a deep desire to help others, whether during my studies or at work. This is what makes tutoring so meaningful to me: I love supporting people on their journey, helping them grow fully and become the best version of themselves. It is with this same passion that I have chosen to put my skills in French and my knowledge of the language of Molière at the service of anyone who wishes to improve. My goal is to provide them with the tools and support they need to thrive, both personally and professionally, and to discover just how much mastering a language can transform their confidence, opportunities, and perspective on the world.

• Do you have any role models, a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.

  J’ai toujours eu plusieurs modèles, et certains continuent de m’inspirer encore aujourd’hui. Parmi eux, le journaliste, animateur et vulgarisateur scientifique québécois Charles Tisseyre occupe une place particulière. J’ai grandi en regardant son émission Découverte, qu’il a animée et continue d’animer, et qui m’a ouvert les yeux sur la richesse et la beauté de la science. Ce que j’admire le plus chez lui, c’est sa capacité à rendre accessibles des sujets complexes grâce à une maîtrise exceptionnelle de la langue française. Il transforme chaque explication en une véritable invitation à comprendre et à s’émerveiller, et c’est exactement ce type d’approche que j’aspire à transmettre dans mon propre cheminement.

• What are your keys to success?

  For me, the keys to success are unwavering commitment and consistent discipline. It starts with setting clear long-term goals and breaking them down into realistic, achievable short-term steps. Along the way, perseverance, patience, and learning from every experience are crucial—every challenge becomes an opportunity to grow, and every small win fuels the motivation to keep moving forward.
