About Justin
I am a high school student with a passion for learning and helping other people reach the level of intelligence that they want to achieve. I believe that high achieving students should not be seen as an impossible standard when in reality all it takes is a good teacher. I hope to be that teacher for your or your student to help you reach your milestone and take that first step to be the person you want to be.

I feel as though learning should be a fun experience, so I try to implement fun, clever ways to learn material based on the person I'm tutoring. I can teach math, science, English, history for those who are struggling, those who are looking to further their knowledge, or, depending on the level of the class, I can help with test prep. These classes are from elementary to high school level, and I would be willing to teach students at lower grades higher grade information if requested (i.e. teaching your eighth grader tenth grade level information) but all of that it up to you!
Lesson plans differ per subject, but it would normally start like this
1. Find out how much the person I am tutoring knows about a subject
2. Start with foundational concepts and build connections for future information
3. Spaced repetition of practice for newly learned material to promote longevity in their ability to retain the information
4. Practice tests and other practice materials made personally by me to fit the students needs
5. The student meets their learning goal and we discuss where to go from there
