About Jamil
I am a student taking mathematics, chemistry and economics at A-Level with a strong passion for maths.
I understand maths can be difficult and I hope to change that as someone who struggled themselves (getting grades 5-6) but managed to come out of GCSE with Grade 8 through self-teaching, passed papers and effective spaced repetition memorisation.
I currently tutor students aged 11-16 at my sixth form in efforts to help them achieve a grade 7-9 in maths and make maths more enjoyable for them and I'm sure ( I hope at least) they've enjoyed all the lessons and learnt a lot.
My style of teaching sounds tough but in reality I'll make lessons very chill but effective so you can enjoy the lessons and enjoy maths whilst understanding and progressing.

As a 16yr old (A-level) I can understand the struggles of maths so I plan to comfortably break down topics into simple fundamentals and help you understand and enjoy maths till you grasp it. Through practice questions, you will definitely improve and enjoy maths. I'll advise you on revision strategy to achieve the grade they want and help you improve.
