I obtained my Primary PGCE from the University of Cambridge and have worked for two years as a primary school teacher in Oxford and London.
I would describe myself as a patient and compassionate tutor. I want children to feel confident and enjoy learning!

I use coaching techniques to help children discover answers for themselves and support them in developing the skills they need to become independent learners.
I ensure children have a good foundational understanding of methods they have learnt at school. We then build on that strong foundation so that they have the confidence to access more challenging questions and problems.
Most of my lessons are remote, but I would be open to support tutoring in my home or your home (dependant on location).
