About Ian
I am a fully qualified Science Teacher with a wide range of experience in a number of different roles. I have worked in UK schools delivering lessons and practical sessions in Biology, Chemistry and physics and also taught outside of the UK in both Peru and, more recently, Chile. I have a strong passion for environmental science and even worked for the field studies council as an Environmental Education Tutor.

I have a number of different approaches to teaching which are dependent upon the preferred learning styles of the student. I tend to use Google Classroom as a platform for uploading lesson material as I find it very user friendly. I strongly believe in getting students to practise exam based questions and a large portion of my lesson will involve students answering questions and completing tasks around the topic.
