About Shannon
I am a qualified French (with German) teacher with a Single Honours French degree from the University of Edinburgh (First Class with Distinction in spoken French). I have a PGCE with QTS from King’s College London. Most importantly, I have a passion for the French language and Francophone culture! Additionally, I have lived in the North and South of France.

Whether you are seeking to start with the very basics, conversational practice, grammar support or exam revision, I would be delighted to help. I have experience working in both private and state schools with 11-18 year olds in MFL. I know both the Edexcel and AQA specifications. I would also love to work with adult learners.
Studying and sharing languages and literature have proven to be rewarding and fun. I am fully aware of what one might find challenging and hope I can share some of my tactics in overcoming such difficulties.
Ultimately, I will aim to provide guidance and support in a fun, friendly and comfortable environment and help you get to grips with this beautiful language!
