The moment when a students mind processes information and the lightbulb moment occurs is one of the happiest and proudest moments imaginable.
I have always loved and been fascinated by science, in particular biology. The fact that I now am able to impart that knowledge onto those who really want to learn is such a privilege. I can think of no better job than this.

I am a big believer in that teaching should be about discovery and should be learned led. After all no one has ever learnt the curriculum by just looking at a textbook!
My lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour and consist of myself introducing a topic and then the learner discussing and applying this knowledge to different questions and scenarios in able to fully cement their learning.
I have worked as a full time science teacher in an academy in Essex for the past two years and have been teaching for three years.
My lessons are aimed at KS3 and KS4 students looking to gain the best possible grades for their GCSE's
