About Louise
I am passionate about languages, art and yoga - the three tie together well! I have a degree in French and Russian Studies from the University of Edinburgh (2:1, gained in 2018), A-Level English (A*) and A-Level Art (A). I have a TEFL qualification to teach English, which I undertook in 2018. I have also worked in Italy as an au pair and at summer camps, both teaching English. I have also privately tutored French and English. I qualified to teach yoga in 2018 having been practising for 5 years. In 2019 I trained to teach teenagers yoga, with an emphasis on mental wellbeing. I currently teach several classes of yoga a week, one of them being yoga for teenagers and have been teaching continuously since I qualified.

My teaching is very student-focussed. I observe what you need, your strengths and weaknesses and the way you learn best: visual, written, by doing, listening etc, and cater to that. I am creative and adaptable and think on my feet to keep the learning experience engaging.
