About Kim
A 19 year old university student, currently studying maths in Manchester. I have a strong passion for maths and wish to pursue this into the future.
Receiving an A* in my mathematics GCSE, along with 12 other GCSE qualifications and an overall A in A level Maths. I have studied at the (formerly) 6th best college in the country for my A levels which allowed me to pick up the best teaching techniques. This meant that I could do well, and will also use this to allow others to succeed.
Preparing students for their crucial examinations throughout life such as GCSE's, so they receive a desire for maths which will allow them to take this to a further level in the future. I offer tutoring for students in KS3 doing GCSE's.
I am flexible for any hours which will meet the students preferences.

My teaching methods for this particular subject vary. From personal experience, using CDs which have topic related videos work very well for step to step methods. Once a student can understand how that certain method works, doing practice questions will develop their knowledge and then past papers will help prepare for examinations.
