About Maeve
I am from the north of England (Newcastle and then The Lake District), but I now live in London.
I studied French and Music at the University of Leeds, where I spent a year in the south of France. After graduating I worked in Glasgow for two years.
I recently finished a masters in music, and I work freelance as a composer. I also produce and release pop music, and play Irish music on the fiddle!

I studied French at university, and am fascinated by linguistics and culture. If done the right way, learning a language should be fun, engaging and interesting. I hope I can share my joy through my lessons!

- Over two years experience working in primary schools (ages 3-11),
- One year teaching English in a French high school (ages 14-18)
- One year working as a private French tutor to adults.
- TEFL qualification.
