About Julia
I received a bachelors degree in Politics from the University of Warwick in 2014 and since then I have worked as a writer, producer and presenter covering politics and news for outlets such as BBC News, BBC Radio 5 Live, Channel 4, JOE Media, BBC Sounds, and more.
When studying politics at AS and A Level, I received above 90% in all exams taken (bar one!) so I am well-versed in what exam bodies are looking for from students in this topic.
I am passionate to the point where I have my own podcast which explains complex political issues for listeners who don't always feel like keeping up with the news!

I have tutored children aged 7-16 and I have worked with young people - outside of academia - since graduating university to present. This includes working with children from difficult backgrounds in volunteering schemes - holding sessions about the importance of politics.
