About Claudia
I am currently working as an Au Pair in Île-de-France. I was born in the UK and lived, worked and studied there for 22 years. Therefore, my mother tongue is English and I look forward to sharing my language. I am university educated so can provide private lessons from introductory to more advanced level.
I have many years of experience in tutoring, as well as in student welfare and social mentoring. I currently teach English lessons while living and working in France, and regularly plan and lead English lessons for the children in my care.

In my lessons, I would include listening and reading extracts to help with English comprehension. I would encourage lots of spoken English and create an open space for conversation.
I would engage my students by including relevant extracts from English-language news articles, films, music and literature.
