About Leo
I am a recent English Graduate from University College London, graduating with First Class Honours. I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor, and am passionate about encouraging reading and the study of literature.
I have 2+ years of tutoring experience. In the past, I have tutored a number of pupils, ranging from GCSE to University level. I offer tutoring for English Literature, Creative Writing, Film and Media Studies, and more General Study Skills.
My approach is to encourage students to build their confidence so that they can work independently -- and most importantly, to find enjoyment in their learning. I aim to produce personalised lesson plans, assessing and playing to the individual strengths of the student. This often involves reading and careful, critical analysis of literary passages.
