I am a recent University of St Andrews graduate in English Literature and Philosophy, pursuing an English Studies MPhil at the University of Cambridge. I believe that each student has the capacity to thrive in the study of English. I aim to help students discover a love of literature and demystify the examination system.

Hi there! I am a tutor specialising in English Literature and Language. I teach GCSE and A-Level students, focusing mainly on OCR and AQA examination boards. My typical tutorial session lasts an hour. I usually spend some time discussing a marked piece of work or practise exam answers previously set. The activities and resources I use vary from student to student, focusing on the forms of learning they best respond to. Overall, my teaching style aims to be engaging, effective and dynamic.
