I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor, passionate about sharing my scientific interest and teaching Maths, Biology and Chemistry up to A-Level qualification. I gained 2A*s and a B in my A-Levels (in Maths, Biology and Chemistry respectively), alongside an A in AS level French. I now study Medicine at the University of Leicester.
I have a lot of previous experience in tutoring a range of ages and abilities, and understand the frustration of not grasping concepts first time round. I realise that not everybody learns in the same way therefore would be more than happy to adapt and research different teaching styles that would better suit you or your child. Most importantly, being 'fresh out of school' myself, I am able to relate to many of the academic struggles where my help might be needed. Also, it is highly likely that the courses I studied had very similar content to that which you or your child are struggling with, making it easy for me to relay information and help.
In addition to tutoring Maths and Science, I am also happy to advise about the University application process. In particular the Medical School application process and related admissions tests (BMAT and UKCAT).
