Hi, I’m Paul Onyema, a passionate fitness coach and AI & Data Science student at Bangor University. I’ve spent years in the gym mastering discipline, consistency, and mindset — and now, I help others experience that same transformation. I know that stepping into the gym can feel intimidating at first, but my goal is to change that. I create a welcoming environment where fitness becomes something you enjoy — not something you fear. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or looking to push your limits, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and a love for training that lasts. Each session is tailored to your level and goals, blending strength training, cardio, and mobility work with a touch of motivation that keeps you going even on tough days. I believe in starting at your pace and gradually building your confidence and performance.
