About Zoe
My interest in French developed through literature, travel, and international communication studies during university. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in French Studies and have spent the last 5 years helping students improve language confidence through practical and supportive teaching.
I believe language learning should feel welcoming and flexible for every learner. Some students improve faster through conversation and listening practice, while others benefit more from grammar explanation and writing exercises. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and practical communication.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French novels, exploring francophone culture, and practicing translation activities. Staying connected to the language helps me introduce authentic learning materials into lessons. Teaching French is rewarding because I enjoy helping students communicate naturally and confidently.

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate naturally through structured learning and practical conversation practice. I teach pronunciation, vocabulary building, grammar foundations, sentence formation, and listening comprehension using interactive exercises that make learning approachable and enjoyable. Lessons focus on fluency, confidence, and steady improvement.
Beginners improve through guided dialogues, pronunciation drills, and repetition exercises that gradually strengthen understanding. Intermediate learners build stronger grammar accuracy and conversational confidence through roleplays and listening activities. Advanced students focus on fluent speaking, cultural understanding, and more natural communication skills.
I encourage students to practice actively instead of memorizing rules without context. Lessons are supportive, engaging, and designed to build real communication confidence. My goal is to help learners become comfortable, expressive, and confident while speaking French in everyday situations.
