I am a French (and American) student, spending a full year in Perth for her studies.
In High School I mentored and tutored my friends in English. As both my parents are teachers, I have always been aware of their best teaching methods.

I believe that learning a language comes with repetition and fun. Besides vocabulary lists that need to be learned, holding a conversation is the best way to improve your skills. Text and oral comprehensions are also very useful. Watching movies without subtitles then discussing them during the lesson is an enjoyable way to learn a language.
