I am a bilingual Canadian (English & French) recently moved to Philadelphia. I have a Masters in Child Study and Education from the University of Toronto and I taught English and French as a Second Language in two elite independent schools in Vancouver, Canada for over six years.

I have experience working with students from Kindergarten to 12th grade on building their language skills. I cover five areas in language learning: speaking, listening, reading, writing and metacognition. I individualize my instruction for each student by ascertaining their most relevant area of need or taking a holistic approach and improving their language skills in general. I try to build an authentic and immersive environment so that students can really practice the language.
