My name is Maddie and I am a fourth year Medical Student at the University of Edinburgh. Achieving top grades in all my subjects at both GCSE and A Level has helped me to get where I am today and I really believe that grades should never be an obstacle to achieving your goals. Throughout my time both studying and tutoring science and maths, I have learnt a lot of ways in which you can approach a subject. Overall, I think that the most important thing is understanding what works best for the student. I am prepared to adapt to any learning style needed - I have been on different tutoring platforms for four years now so I have tutored many different students! I love science and maths and this is something that I am able to utilise when tutoring (and hopefully pass on a bit of as well). All subjects can definitely be incredibly challenging at times, the key is all in understanding exactly what is going on - something that I can certainly help with. I usually do an hour lesson, once a week. I have tutored primary students, up to A Level so level and ability is no problem.
