About
Being a first generation immigrant meant that growing up I never had anyone to show me the ropes! Trying to figure things out by yourself is really difficult and sometimes concepts just don't click until someone can explain it in a different way. I had to learn this the hard way when I was started year 13 with A D U in my exams. That's when I started to research about how to revise and my life changed. I am motivated and gratified by being able to be the change in someone's education and hopefully can teach them skills that will carry beyond just exams. I am a martial arts instructor part time which I love and I'm excited to explore this new avenue of teaching!

Hi, my name is Jaser and I am a fourth year dental student who achieved A*A*A in maths, chemistry and biology respectively. My aim is to find out how you learn! Every student digests information in their own unique way, together we will find out what method is most suitable for you. I am a firm believer that even the best tutor cannot get the best out of a student that does not put in the work in themselves so together we will build a personalised revision schedule surrounding spaced repetition and active recall to make sure you are on track to be ready well before your exams. Through your independent studying you can highlight your subjects/chapters of weaknesses which we will then be the learning objectives in our weekly lessons. I have tutored locally to colleagues children's, family and friends who have all done tremendously in their exams and I now have free time to take on students of all ages from GCSE to A levels. I look forward to working with you!
