About Samantha
I have been teaching for the last six years, passionate wouldn’t fully describe the amount of joy and fulfillment I get from seeing my students succeed. Their success, curiosity, and zeal for learning is what keeps me up late at night, and what gets me up early in the morning. This is my calling and my personal commitment to the next generation.
I have taught at both the elementary and middle school levels. In the 2020-2021 school year I was able to work with four of my top students sponsoring them in the Synopsys Science and Technology Championship. Through our combined effort and dedication, two of my students won top awards and moved on to place in the top 300 of Broadcom MASTERS. Additionally, I was honored with receiving the following acknowledgments:
• Horace Lucich Awards for Outstanding Teachers - Santa Clara Valley Science & Engineering Fair Assn - Board of Directors Awards - Middle School
• Most Promising Teacher, SPV Market Research "Most Promising Young Scientist"

Science is a wonderful thing that is all around us. By using things we interact with everyday we can better understand the science concepts behind them.
Students learning to properly utilize the scientific method will allow them to take control of their own education. The scientific method, though has the science term in it, is extremely useful to apply to almost everything.
I love teaching and forming relationships with students so they feel comfortable to ask any questions they may have with ease.
