I meet a lot of people who say that math is their least favorite subject, I think that is because they never had me as a teacher! Math isn’t about memorizing formulas or solving complex equations - it’s about learning how to apply logic and reasoning to any problem we encounter in math and beyond.
I favor a teaching approach that doesn’t just explain how to solve problems but also explains the why. Why is this problem important? Why do we solve this problem using this method vs that method? Why are there multiple ways to solve this problem?Allow me to show you the why alongside the how and change your perspective on math for a lifetime.
