About Ema
As we're all very aware these days, change is guaranteed in life. Project Management methodologies help people to implement, adapt and get the most from the opportunities that change brings, to establish positive and beneficial relationships with others with a range of different backgrounds and priorities from our own, to make positive change happen and deal with setbacks constructively. Managing risks and using Project Management principles and tools can be used in all areas of life - and when they're used well they can help make life easier, more pleasant and rewarding for everybody. I use my PM experience and tools in establishing my own business, every day, and sharing these skills, approaches and tools is about empowering people, helping spread more of a positive culture, in today's world, and just making things a little bit better!
