About Naiomi
Aside from teaching, I have years of experience in Customer Service. Teaching is Customer Service in my eyes because you’re servicing an individual (or customer/student) that wants to learn and want better for themselves. It’s important that anyone in a Customer Service role of any kind is understanding of the time, patience and even gentleness that it may take for both you and your customer/student to have with one another. There’s a level of understanding that grows in the bond between Teacher and Student, and taking time to understand and being patient with Students can have such an impact on how they approach problem solving.
