I'm currently studying Neuroscience at the University of Bristol, but prior to this, I studied Electronics and Communication Engineering abroad (BITS Pilani, India). I've been tutoring for the past 5 years, for students of ages 8-18. I have also volunteered as a teacher at an NGO in India, where we taught underprivileged students to prepare them for STEM subjects at university. Two of my students got above 90% in the Indian senior- secondary examination, and received admissions to prestigious universities. Having studied engineering at a university level, I have a much deeper understanding of Physics which has taught me how to make Physics in A-levels more fun and accessible.

As a student, I loved having the kind of relationship with my teacher that allowed me to fearlessly ask questions. I strongly believe that there are two effective methods of learning: Asking questions, and making mistakes. But they can only be effective if the tutor is patient and understanding. I can assure that I will be as patient and encouraging as you need me to be. And my number one mantra: there are no stupid questions! I will also direct much of my focus to problem-solving, as that is the best way to reinforce theoretical concepts.
