About Jared
While at Eagle Gate College I developed their Web Development Certificate program that later became part of their Associate degree program. I was one of the highest rated instructors at BYU Idaho teaching both JavaScript, programming concepts, and Python 3.

I was one of the highest rated instructors at BYU Idaho but had to stop teaching because of my beard. I not only know the concepts around programming, but I have worked as a senior software engineer on codebases with more than a million lines of code. I have taught beginners and professional developers and tailor my lessons to my student's level and understanding.

I have known Jared for multiple years and learned a ton from him. Jared knows how to make something fun, but still stays focused with the subject matter. Jared not only teaches, but he listens and retools his teaching to accommodate your learning style. Jared is able to provide guidance without taking the reigns away from you. This is invaluable in learning because a large number of people will not learn efficiently if they are talked at or shown something without the chance to practice it themselves. The multiple times that Jared has assisted me he truly makes sure I understand the concept before moving on. Jared genuinely cares about your comprehension and your ability to use the subject matter to succeed in life.
