Hi! I’m a Fordham University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and over three years of professional experience in the technology industry. I’ve also mentored and tutored around 20 students, ranging from elementary to middle school, and have experience helping students prepare for the SHSAT and SAT.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each student. I understand that not everyone learns the same way, so I take the time to figure out what works best for each person. I break difficult concepts down step by step and make sure students understand the reasoning behind an answer rather than simply memorizing it.
I can help with math, computer science fundamentals, beginner programming, SAT and SHSAT preparation, homework support, and general academic skills. Most importantly, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and leave each lesson feeling more confident than when they started.
