I am currently a university student and I've worked in shared kitchen flats, individual studio kitchens, Airbnbs, you name it. I've always loved cooking and eating and I've traveled all over the UK sharing my food and techniques in different student living spaces.

Back home in LA, I had a large kitchen and moving to university changed my kitchen access as well as loss of some ingredients. My methodology is to adjust to your budget, space, and diet. I care both about the quality and quantity as much as you do so I'm well adjustable to what you want to eat. I specialize in Asian-American cuisine fusion and I intend on pushing you beyond instant noodles and a sad fried egg.

Details
There is no fee for cancellations 24 hours before the lesson and £2/hour of not letting me know from 24 hours before. However, if I did have to start a marinade or prepare for the cooking lesson, there will be a £5 charge for wasting my fridge space. Please let me know beforehand if you don't have certain ingredients or kitchenware for what you want to learn. I can go grocery shopping and charge accordingly.
