About Martina
With 4 years of experience teaching flute to more than 150 students, I believe every learner has the potential to shine musically. I teach all levels, combining structured technique with creative exploration to make lessons both productive and enjoyable.
I focus on key skills such as tone production, breath control, finger dexterity, and rhythm while encouraging students to improvise and express themselves through music. I also integrate sight-reading, music theory, and ensemble practice, ensuring that students gain a comprehensive musical education.
My teaching approach is adaptive and patient, designed to guide students towards consistent growth while fostering confidence and a genuine love for the flute.

I teach flute with a methodology that emphasises flexibility, collaboration, and positivity. Understanding each student’s learning style allows me to tailor lessons to their needs, ensuring that concepts are clear, exercises are effective, and practice remains enjoyable. My aim is to make learning the flute an inspiring journey that develops both technical skills and musical expression.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lesson plans, musical pieces, and techniques according to the student’s progress and goals. Collaboration is encouraged through duets, group exercises, and performance simulations, helping students improve ensemble skills, timing, and confidence. Positivity is at the core of my teaching, fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged, motivated, and empowered to grow.
Alongside flute, I provide instruction in music theory, ear training, sight-reading, and rhythm exercises. This holistic methodology ensures that students not only master the instrument but also develop a deep understanding of music, becoming confident, expressive, and passionate musicians with a lifelong appreciation for the art.
