Hello, I’m Hari Chandana, a nutritionist deeply passionate about self-healing, stress relief, and the incredible benefits of yoga. My journey led me to Rishikesh, where I learned directly from Patanjali Maharshi and many revered yoga sadhus. Experiencing their wisdom opened my eyes to the vibrant spiritual power yoga holds. In this chaotic world, I believe yoga is essential—not just to calm the mind but to help you truly connect with your inner self, your breath, and even your baby.
