I am a passionate and responsible individual who loves working with children and helping them learn essential life skills through fun and engaging swimming lessons. With a calm and positive approach, I focus on creating a safe, encouraging environment where every child can gain confidence in the water at their own pace. I have experience teaching young kids, understand their needs, and use playful, age-appropriate techniques to keep them motivated and smiling throughout each session. I am committed to promoting water safety, teaching foundational swim skills, and building trust with both the children and their parents. Whether it's a child's first time in the pool or they’re ready to learn basic strokes, I ensure that each lesson is filled with learning, laughter, and progress. I’m also reliable, patient, and fully dedicated to making sure every child feels comfortable, capable, and proud of their accomplishments in the water.

Swimming Lesson for Young Children
Water Safety & Confidence
Description: Children are introduced to the water in a safe and supportive environment. They learn pool rules, how to enter and exit the pool safely, and how to feel comfortable in the water through games and playful splashing.
Goal: Develop water confidence and understand basic safety around the pool.
Blowing Bubbles & Breath Control
Description: Kids practice putting their faces in the water and blowing bubbles to learn breath control. Fun songs and games are used to make the process fun and non-intimidating.
Goal: Build comfort with submerging the face and controlling breathing.
Floating & Body Position
Description: This lesson teaches children to float on their backs and fronts with assistance. They also begin learning to keep a straight, relaxed body position in the water.
Goal: Promote balance and buoyancy awareness.
Kicking & Arm Movement
Description: Children are introduced to basic kicking techniques (flutter kicks) and arm motions for strokes like doggy paddle or front crawl. Activities include kicking with kickboards and splashing games.
Goal: Build strength and coordination for future stroke development.
Basic Swim Strokes
Description: With support, children combine kicking and arm movements to begin short-distance swimming. Instructors may guide them using floats or holding their hands.
Goal: Lay the foundation for independent swimming with proper technique.
Jumping In & Turning Back
Description: Kids learn how to safely jump into the pool and return to the wall or grab onto a float. This is often taught as part of a fun game.
Goal: Teach survival skills and reinforce safety habits.
Submersion & Retrieving Objects
Description: Children practice going underwater to retrieve toys or rings from shallow depths, encouraging confidence with submersion.
Goal: Improve underwater skills and comfort in deeper water.
