About Karamjeet
I have completed my graduation in arts, and right now running my own Fitness Classes in Goa. I love helping people when it comes to health and fitness. I love seeing my students chiselling the unnecessary body fat and lethargy from them. I have many testimonials to share with when it comes to making people fitter in various aspects. I specialise in Yoga and Weight Loss; however, I weight training is also one area which I would humbly like to boast about, as toning body is a must!

Fitness is everything! Whether it is physical or mental fitness doesn't matter, as one is related to the Other. I teach students not only the physical aspect of fitness, but also help them understanding the philosophy behind it. Weight is just one aspect which gets reduced automatically through my routine program. But what you mainly gain is the strength, endurance and stamina. I work towards making the exercise routine less boring and more energetic as well as interesting!
