Usual Structure of a Class
1. Warm-up (5 minutes): Light, rhythmic movements to prepare the body.
2. High-energy dance routines (20–25 minutes): Fun choreography mixing cardio and toning.
3. Targeted toning (5–10 minutes): Core, arms, legs, or glutes depending on the day.
4. Cool-down & stretching (5 minutes): Relaxation and breathing exercises.
