About Ray
I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Sociology (Social Sciences) from California State University, Northridge. Many ask why Sociology? Why not finance or business? There’s at least there’s jobs available post graduation. Well being a Health and Wellness enthusiast pretty much all of my life, I wanted to learn how to better interact with diverse groups of people, and learn how to communicate more effectively the importance of living a healthy, fit, and fulfilling lifestyle.
For 3 years I have been a Student Health and Wellness Specialist at a Bilingual Charter School in Los Angeles. It has been a pleasure helping students learn and develop the skills necessary for living a healthy and fit lifestyle. These are skills that will be useful in their lives as they become adults and parents to teach the next generation.

My goal is to not only to assist in helping people transform their relationship with their bodies, but also to provide support to your mental and physical habits. I’m here to help you become in charge of your fitness and overall health and wellbeing vs. you surrendering and being powerless to them.
Let's first discover what your goals are, we’ll then create an individualized lesson plan, and take it from there. We’ll plan some virtual gym sessions that’ll work for both of our schedules (I have access to a 24-hr private gym), and we’ll schedule some one-on-one check-ins to ensure you have the support needed to keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
Good health for both mind and body is the key to happiness and success in this life. My passion and what I dedicated my life to is to ensure that my clients have the most positive thoughts and attitude towards themselves as they take this journey through this world of health and fitness.
