About Sofia
I want to portray reading and writing as a privilege to students. I want them to know the significance of these skills and how it can engage with your everyday life. I am a very patient tutor that is willing to push students to their best potential. I love uplifting them and reassuring them that their hard work is never unnoticed. I also love teaching students new things and showing them new ways to learn. I hope to inspire and become a person that students can come to for guidance.

My teaching method intertwines patience as well as effectiveness. By being a student choreographer all of my four years of high school, it has taught me how to patiently teach as well as push students to reach their highest potential. My lesson plans would engage in reading material and understanding the foundation of the topic and subject first. My tutoring style really showcases my love of teaching and making sure that students are knowing that they are giving it their all, and therefore celebrating improvements. My lessons are pointed towards elementary students all throughout high school. I hope to show students the importance of reading and writing and how it coincides into everything in life.
