About Natalie
Natalie is an experienced vocal tutor with a deep understanding of how your body and mind connects with your voice. When she's not teaching others the marvels of the voice she herself is singing for live and recorded session, tutoring at local music workshops, working on voice acting projects, writing music any other projects that come her way.
Starting her own journey being classically trained, she has performed in choirs since the age of six. Natalie discovered how these techniques could be applied to the training of all musical genres and continually works to further improve on them, whilst learning modern approaches, in order to give her students the best possible quality and prides herself on being able to adapt to their individual needs regardless of age, experience or condition.

-Singing Lessons-
Natalie teaches from the age of 5 up, from beginners to professionals. We will look at what genres interest you, what naturally suits your voice and how you can adapt to other genres. We will look at building an effective practice routine around the lessons. You can expect lesson plans to include:
- Vocal health
- Understanding the mind, body & voice connection
- Physical stretch and release
- Posture and alignment
- Warmups and cooldowns
- Vocal technique (breathing, registers, articulation, primal sounds etc.)
- Improvisation
- Performance coaching
- Genre-specific techniques (classical, heavy rock, musical theatre, rap etc.)
-Genres-
Natalie is able to teach any genre that interests you. Her eclectic taste in music and singing experiences enable her to teach you effectively whether you like pop, jazz, classical, rock, folk; the list goes on. Natalie can also teach you sings in almost any language having sung professionally in over 10 herself.
-First Lesson-
The lesson itself will typically include an introduction in order to know each other and look at how lessons will be conducted followed by body and vocal warm ups to prepare you for singing your chosen song, allowing Natalie to hear your voice and get to know your sound.
-Beginners-
It can be a scary experience starting to learn a new skill however the hard part is already done by just being here. Natalie has had loads of experience teaching beginner students and would love to get you started on your vocal journey with a fun and relaxed first lesson. Please bring a notepad to keep track of your lessons and practice.
-Adults and Professionals-
Natalie has been teaching Adults for over 10 years and Professionals since 2021 upon graduating from BIMM Brighton. She is passionate about getting the best out of voices so whether you are an adult looking to pick up a new passion, work on a new skill, you sing for a living and have some skills to brush up or need a fresh perspective on your technique then I'd love to help.
