About Veronica
Hello! I'm Veronica, a passionate English tutor from London, England. I've taught students of all ages and abilities, from GCSE and A-Level learners to adults. Having taught over 700 students in Japan and supported neurodiverse learners in London, I understand that every student learns differently. I tailor my sessions to suit students' individual needs and greatly enjoy helping learners grow in confidence.
Outside of teaching, I love to travel and am currently studying Spanish. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to learn new things, so I strive to make my lessons engaging, encouraging, and accessible to learners of all levels.

Hi, I’m a first-class honours graduate specialising in English Literature and Linguistics. I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, supporting students aged 12+ in small-group and one-to-one sessions, including those with SEND needs. I also previously taught English in Japan, delivering group lessons to over 700 students.
I use a student-centred approach, combining structured teaching and visual aids with interactive activities. For literature students, I encourage critical thinking, textual analysis, and essay-writing techniques. For language learners, I incorporate conversation practice, vocabulary building, and grammar exercises. Whether you're preparing for exams, improving your writing skills, or building your confidence in English, I’ll create personalised lesson plans tailored to your needs.
My lessons are ideal for secondary school students (ages 12+), GCSE and A-Level students, and/or adult learners. Lessons typically last 50 minutes and are conducted online.
