About Harvey
I am a recent graduate from the University of Leeds, with a real passion for maths and science. I have achieved a first-class honours degree in Economics, A*s in GCSE Maths, Further Maths and all 3 Sciences, as well as an A in AS Level Physics and 2 A*s and 2 As in A-Level Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Further Maths respectively.
I have been tutoring students for 5 years - working online full-time since 2021. I primarily offer support in Maths and the Sciences - subjects that I am really passionate about. Having recently completed my own education, I have 3,000+ hours of experience with the KS3, GCSE and A Level syllabuses for Maths, as well as Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Prior to offering private tuition, I worked as a tutor for the Kumon Education Centre - teaching both Maths and English, however my passion lies in mathematics and science. Having worked with students from 4-18 years old of all abilities, including students with dyslexia and ADHD, I am very understanding and patient.

I closely follow specifications for each exam board and heavily base my tutoring on specimen and past papers, as well as practice questions from textbooks. I find this is the most effective way of ensuring a high level of development.
