About Arsh
As a self-learner for much of my adult life, I’ve experienced firsthand how overwhelming studying can be without proper guidance. That’s why I’m passionate about being the kind of teacher I once needed—someone who provides clear direction, practical insight, and steady support. I believe learning becomes truly meaningful when we connect academic concepts to real-world situations. When students understand why they’re learning something and how it applies beyond the classroom, it not only sparks curiosity—it also makes the knowledge stick. As a finance graduate from the University of Glasgow, my tutoring approach blends academic fundamentals with real-life relevance. I believe that a strong understanding begins with the textbook—so we start by covering key concepts in the curriculum—and then move beyond the page by exploring how those ideas apply in everyday life. This practical, step-by-step method helps young learners connect the dots and retain what they learn with greater confidence. My lessons are designed to be interactive, student-friendly, and adapted to the learner's pace. I primarily work with primary and early secondary school students, focusing on building strong foundations in mathematics and economics-related thinking. Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, but I am flexible based on the student's needs and attention span. Whether your child is struggling with the basics or just needs a little extra support to excel, I aim to create a supportive, low-pressure environment that makes learning both clear and enjoyable.
