About Karen
Of German and Colombian descnet I have been in DFW for 25 years, having earned a scholarship to SMU I graduated with honorswith a BS in Economics and a BA in Economics. One sememster shy of a masters in Accounting, my first job was as a statistitian consulting for Top Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks Globally on Supply Chan and Logistics. These days I am well knwn as a Subject Matter Expert in driving Change and have public speaking engagement with local univrsities like UT Dallas and PMI. This year I was invited to speak on Scslale Ai at UT DAllas Project Managment Symposium. I have certivications from MIT on Ai, and from Harvard o Design thinking, Strategy for Fast Growth Companies, and e-commerce.

As a 22 year global managemenent consultant, my corporate job is to coach people on how to learn. I teach thousands of individuals across organizations on numerous subjects, and since my school days, I have tutored on the side both cildren and adults both for course work as well as certifications in Economics, Finance, and Math.
I am fluent in French, and Spanish, and have over 20 years experience teaching languages globally.
